Playwright, director, journalist, and cultural activist, in 2007, Kadour was a guest resident at the 19th International Residency for Playwrights in the Royal Court theatre in London. Later on he co-established Aram Group for Media Services, Damascus, 2005-2011. Wael has a B.A in Dramatic Studies from The High Institute of Dramatic Arts Damascus in 2005. Besides, he is a dramaturge and director of several performances in Damascus, Beirut, and Amman. Wael has four published plays. He was a monitoring and evaluation coordinator at The Syria Trust for Development – Rawafed, in the Interactive Theatre in Public Schools project and Incubating Culture Arts Program, 2010-2011. End of 2011, he co-established Ettijahat. Independed Culture, a regional independent institution formed by a number of cultural activists. Wael was a Drama Teacher at Al-Ahliyya School for girls (ASG) in Amman, 2012- 2013. Editor-in-Chief of Cultural Policy in the Arab World (ARCP) Website 2014-2015.
